Combat Application Tourniquet C-A-T is a small and light one-handed tourniquet that can stop a heavy and life-threatening arterial bleeding in one extremity (arms and legs).C-A-T has a strong inner and freely movable band that gives a powerful circular pressure when you tighten it (rotates the clamping arm). The clamping arm is then locked in position.
