Developed in collaboration with professional Swedish ambulance personnel, the X-Spider offers enhanced fixation capabilities for the thorax and pelvis, ensuring a more secure and comfortable immobilization.

Featuring an advanced X-structure design, the X-Spider improves fixation without the need to keep the center strap taut for full effectiveness. This unique design makes it easier for patients to breathe and allows for better adjustment when working with shorter patients. The system locks with either Velcro or a plastic buckle, providing versatility and security. The X-Spider is supplied in a convenient storage bag for easy transport and organization.
