The main support is built on a plate that is fixed on the backboard, fits the majority of all backboards on the market. Two head pillows with holes by the ears. Two substantial forehead/chin straps. F445 has minimal interference with X-ray, MRI or CT. The head support is made of a closed foam material, it is waterproof and can be easily cleaned.
