The Ferno M24MM Heavy Duty Mortuary Cot is designed for safe and controlled handling of bariatric and high-weight cases. With a load capacity of up to 454 kg, it offers a reinforced frame, wider platform and improved ergonomics compared to standard mortuary cots.
The independent leg system and multiple height positions allow operators to adjust the cot for easier transfers between beds, stretchers and other surfaces. The flat patient surface and higher working height help reduce physical strain during handling.
Four large 15 cm wheels feature integrated locks. Two swivel wheels provide easy manoeuvring in confined spaces, while two directionally locked wheels ensure stable steering over longer distances. A folding foot support is included as standard to prevent the deceased from sliding when the cot is handled in an upright position.
The compact, robust design is suitable for professional daily use and comes complete with a mattress and restraint straps.
