Ferno® XT Extrication dev complete

The Ferno XT is an innovative half-size backboard specifically designed for rapid extrication and spinal immobilization in confined spaces and critical situations. Despite its compact size, the XT extrication board accommodates a diverse range of patients and clinical needs, including pediatric, bariatric, special needs, and pregnant patients. This versatility makes it an essential tool for emergency responders and medical professionals.

Engineered for ease of application, the Ferno XT features four distinct, high-visibility, color-coded restraints and buckles, along with the Quick Head Immobilizer (QHI) system. Its smooth surface allows it to be easily slid beneath a patient, ensuring quick and efficient use during time-sensitive emergencies. Constructed from lightweight composite fiber, the board weighs only 2 kg and incorporates four integrated handles for optimal grip and control.

The Ferno XT is 100% x-ray translucent, facilitating imaging during immobilization, and its surface is designed for easy decontamination, ensuring hygiene and durability in demanding conditions. The board is supplied with the QHI head immobilizer, head and chin straps, and a convenient storage pouch, providing a complete solution for efficient patient care.
