The Heimdall Rescue Enhanced IFAK is an advanced individual trauma kit developed to meet the demanding requirements of modern battlefield medicine. Created in close collaboration with Ukrainian combat medics and tested under real combat conditions, the kit provides soldiers with essential medical equipment for immediate self-aid and buddy-aid when every second counts.

Designed around the realities of modern warfare, the Enhanced IFAK significantly expands individual bleeding control capabilities and provides equipment for managing life-threatening injuries, airway emergencies and hypothermia. By distributing more critical medical supplies to individual soldiers, it helps reduce reliance on combat medics and ensures lifesaving equipment is available closer to the point of injury.

The compact, rugged pouch features a modular layout for rapid access under stress and is fully MOLLE-compatible for integration with tactical equipment. Its expanded contents also support casualty management when evacuation is delayed.

C-A-T Tourniquet

Combat Application Tourniquet C-A-T is a small and light one-handed tourniquet that can stop a heavy and life-threatening arterial bleeding in one extremity (arms and legs).C-A-T has a strong inner and freely movable band that gives a powerful circular pressure when you tighten it (rotates the clamping arm). The clamping arm is then locked in position. To further secure the clamping arm during transport, use a Velcro strap that locks over the hooks and on which the time for the operation is also noted.The small size (15 cm long weight) and the weight (59 grams) means that it can easily be packed in your first aid kit / IFAK * / STB * Kit or in a single holster.
