The MRP Motion Restriction Pillow was developed in collaboration with the ambulance service to offer a comfortable, practical, and hygienic solution for motion restriction during transport on an ambulance stretcher.
In many transport situations, such as trauma, stroke, or unconsciousness, increased stability of the head and neck is crucial. The MRP is designed specifically for this purpose, ensuring optimal support and comfort for the patient.
The MRP is a soft and comfortable vacuum pillow that can be used as a regular pillow or individually adjusted to limit movement when necessary. This makes it ideal for scenarios involving, for example, trauma patients who require spinal stabilization, unconscious patients, or stroke patients who need extra side support.
The MRP easily adapts to the patient's anatomy, ensuring high comfort. To shape the pillow as needed, simply evacuate the air with our vacuum pump, which can be purchased separately (GEAS160).
