The Heimdall Rescue Universal Head Immobilizer is designed to provide secure and effective head stabilization during patient transport in emergency, rescue, tactical and military environments. Suitable for use with spine boards, scoop stretchers, NATO stretchers and other compatible transport platforms, it helps minimise head movement and supports proper cervical alignment during evacuation and treatment.The system consists of a durable base plate with adjustable hook-and-loop fastening, allowing quick positioning and adaptation to the patient. Two anatomically shaped support blocks with large ear openings provide stable lateral support while allowing patient monitoring and communication. Forehead and chin straps help maintain secure immobilisation during transport.Manufactured from waterproof, radiolucent foam material, the head immobilizer causes minimal interference with X-ray, CT and MRI imaging and can be easily cleaned and disinfected after use.
